Medjoul and pitted dates

Because Medjoul dates are so soft, sweet, and creamy, they are extremely popular. Make bites with them, process them into baked goods, or take them as a snack in between. The difference with pitted dates is that Medjoul dates are much larger and fleshier. The pitted variant is therefore a bit drier. You have to put in a bit of effort to remove the pit, but afterwards you’ll have something!

Medjoul dates are healthy

And it’s nice to know that Medjool dates are healthy. They contain vitamins A, B2, B3, B5, B11, K, and choline. They are also rich in fibers that contribute to good gut function and contain many minerals. Such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium, copper, magnesium, manganese, sodium, and zinc.

Dates and healthy chocolate truffles

And also make healthy chocolate truffles with these Medjool dates! For this, you pit them and grind them finely in a kitchen machine.
