Returns and complaints
Do you want to return an item after you have received your order? You have the right to initiate a return request within a period of 14 days, calculated from the day of receipt of the item (or the day on which a third party on your behalf has received the item). To register a return, please use the return request form available below.
Returns procedure:
- Place the product(s) to be returned in the original packaging.
- Please ensure that the packaging has not been opened or damaged, unless otherwise agreed with our customer service (for example in the event of a defect after opening).
- Please pack the product(s) to be returned carefully, preferably in an extra box.
- Please include the completed return request form and a copy of the invoice and return the package to Accido BV at the address below.
- The costs for returning are always borne by the customer.
- Upon receipt and approval of your return, we will refund the purchase amount or provide an alternative solution as agreed with customer service.
Return conditions:
- The product must be unused and undamaged, without visible signs of use or alterations.
- The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to decide whether you wish to keep the product.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened products.
- The item must be returned at your own expense. We do not accept unstamped shipments; the costs for this are for the sender.
- Please return the items in their original condition and packaging, together with a copy of the invoice and the fully completed returns request form.
- Upon receipt, the return shipment will be inspected. Any damage to items or packaging may incur costs for the buyer, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
- Refund of the purchase amount will take place within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment, via bank or giro transfer. If an order is not delivered within 30 days, the buyer has the right to cancel the purchase, unless otherwise agreed in terms of delivery time.
MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED, WHAT NOW?
When a package is returned and arrives back at our warehouse, it is automatically unpacked so that we can check the quality of the products again. The purchase amount is then automatically refunded. The refund is processed within 10 business days via Mollie. If desired, the order can be placed again.
If you accidentally entered an incorrect address, but the carrier delivered the package, Accido is not responsible for refunding the purchase price or redelivering the package.
You can always track the status of your order via the track and trace code. Did you not receive a track and trace code? Then check your spam box or junk.
Are you unable to receive or collect your order? In that case, €8.00 administration costs will be charged for returning the package.
