Not at home during delivery
Are you not present when the delivery service arrives at your door? As soon as your order is prepared for shipment in our distribution center, we will send you an email with a tracking number. With the help of this tracking number you can see when the delivery person will come by to deliver your order.
Accido gives you the option to adjust the delivery time after you have received the tracking number, so that you are sure to be home at the time of delivery. You can also choose to have your package delivered to a collection point. Please note that these changes must be made in a timely manner. If too late, the adjustment can no longer be processed due to the already scheduled delivery route.
Depending on where you live, the delivery person may try to deliver your package again, leave it with your neighbours or leave it at a collection point.
Orders sent to a collection point will remain available there for 7 days. If the package is not collected within this period, it will be returned to Accido. This also applies if you were not home at the time of delivery and your order was sent to a collection point.
Return Shipping Costs: The costs for returning the package are always at the expense of the customer.
