This pomelo comes from Thailand. Pomelo is a citrus fruit. It resembles the grapefruit a lot, but there is a difference after all. The taste is slightly bitter, but less bitter than the grapefruit. This pomelo is sweetened, which means the bitterness is less pronounced anyway. It’s nice to know that the fruit can grow up to 30 centimeters in size.
You can eat the dried pomelo straight from the bag, but you can also process it into yogurt, curd, or muesli.
